I offer both short- and long-term counselling and psychotherapy, tailored to your individual needs and goals.

My work is grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges and develop a deeper understanding of your inner world. As this awareness grows, you may begin to feel more empowered, live more authentically, and make more intentional choices in your relationships and in how you respond to life.

Many of the patterns and beliefs that shape us are rooted in early experiences or significant life events that disrupt our natural development. These can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, making it difficult to navigate daily life.

I believe that within every person lies the capacity for growth, healing, and transformation.

My role is to support you in feeling heard, understood, and valued, while gently challenging unhelpful patterns and guiding you toward deeper self-awareness and insight.

As a counsellor and psychotherapist, I draw from a range of evidence-based and transformative approaches, tailoring each session to you. My work incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy (BSFT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Attachment Theory.

I work with individuals and couples who are ready to create meaningful change. Together, we explore self-limiting beliefs, unresolved experiences, emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and long-held narratives.

I am passionate about helping people understand the influence of their thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. As you become more aware of patterns that no longer serve you, you can begin to cultivate greater confidence, resilience, connection, and purpose.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and empowering. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, loss, or low self-worth—or simply seeking personal growth—I will walk alongside you as you create a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

Healing is not about becoming someone different, but about reconnecting with who you truly are.

To support your process, I recommend keeping a notebook to capture insights or reflections that arise during and between sessions. Setting aside quiet time afterwards can also help you process your experience more deeply. A commitment to this work beyond our sessions often leads to more meaningful and lasting change.

Fees are reasonably priced at $155.00 for individual sessions and $210.00 for couples.

All sessions are 60 minutes.
If you would like a longer session, please mention it at the time of booking.

No referral needed.
Medicare and private health rebates do not apply.
Payments can be made via card or bank transfer.

If you need to cancel or postpone an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid having to pay for the session in full.
