 Individual Counselling

Truly understanding yourself may be one of the most profound and liberating experiences you will ever have.

I offer both short-and long-term counselling and psychotherapy,

depending on your needs and goals.

My approach is grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore current challenges and develop a deeper awareness and clarity of their internal processes. Through this growing awareness, individuals begin to live more authentically, feel more empowered, and take meaningful risks in their relationships. They also come to recognise that they always have a choice in how they respond to life.

Many of the patterns and beliefs that shape our lives are rooted in experiences from childhood—or in significant events later in life—that disrupt our natural development. These interruptions can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and may make it difficult to cope with everyday life.

I believe every person has the innate capacity to connect meaningfully with themselves and others and to live a satisfying, creative life. My work is focused on helping clients reconnect with that potential.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that understanding oneself can be one of the most profound and liberating experiences a person can have. I am committed to supporting my clients on this journey of self-awareness and transformation.

To meet the unique needs of each individual, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Gestalt Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and the science of Attachment Theory.

Additionally, I incorporate creative development techniques to help you stay focused on future possibilities rather than remaining bound by the past.

If you have any questions about an appointment, please feel free to send a message via the Contact Page. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

To make the most of your sessions, I recommend bringing a notebook to jot down insights or reflections that may arise. Between sessions, it can be helpful to record any thoughts, feelings, or questions you'd like to explore further. I also suggest setting aside some quiet time after each session to process your experience
