Online Counselling

Is Online Counselling right for you?

Online counselling has become an increasingly popular choice for many people seeking support — and for good reason. Thanks to secure, encrypted technology, it offers the same confidentiality and professionalism as in-person sessions, while providing even greater flexibility and accessibility.

Why Choose Online Counselling?

Convenience without compromise
No need to commute or rearrange your day. Whether you live in a rural or regional
area, rely on public transport, or simply lead a busy life, online counselling saves you
time and effort. Attend sessions from the comfort of your own home or wherever you
feel most at ease. Some clients want complete privacy so they do the session in their
car.

Support when and where you need It
Life doesn't need to pause when you travel. If you're away for work or on holiday and find yourself needing support, online counselling is just a click away. There’s no need to wait until you return home – help is available wherever you are. I see many clients while I am away on holidays.

Increased accessibility
If you live with mobility challenges, or have hearing or speech differences, online counselling can offer a more accommodating and adaptable way to connect. With various communication methods available, therapy becomes more inclusive and supportive of your individual needs.

Simple and flexible technology
You can join your session from a phone, tablet, or laptop — whichever device is most convenient for you. There’s no need to install any complex software. I’ll send you a link to our meeting via email or text message; simply click it when it’s time for our session to begin.

A gentle way to open up
For many, sharing personal thoughts and emotions face-to-face can feel daunting. Online sessions often provide a softer, more comfortable setting, making it easier to open up and begin your healing journey.

How does it work?

Setting up an online counselling session is quick and easy!

To book a time that suits you, please click here.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with details of your session and payment methods. I will contact you on the day of your appointment and send you a unique link for your online appointment.

  • If you prefer a telephone consultation instead of a Zoom or Teams session, that can easily be arranged – just let me know your preference.

  • As your session approaches, please find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed and where you can speak freely. Use headphones for complete privacy. Please make sure you have a glass of water and also some tissues at your side.

  • At the appointed time, simply click the link that was provided to you. I’ll admit you into the session, where we’ll be able to see and hear each other clearly. We can also exchange messages online if needed.

  • If you've opted for a telephone session, I will call you at the agreed-upon time.

Fees are reasonably priced at:

- $155.00 for individual sessions

- $210.00 for couples.

All sessions are 60 minutes.
If you would like a longer session, please mention it at the time of booking.

No referral needed.
Medicare and private health rebates do not apply.
Payments can be made via card or bank transfer.

If you need to cancel your session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
