How does it work?
Setting up an online counselling session is quick and easy!
To book a time that suits you, please click here.
You will receive an email or message from me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session. This will include a unique Zoom link for your online appointment, along with details for submitting payment.

If you prefer a telephone consultation instead of a Zoom session, that can easily be arranged—just let me know your preference.

As your session approaches, please find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed and where you can speak freely.

At the appointed time, simply click the Zoom link provided. I’ll admit you into the session, where we’ll be able to see and hear each other clearly. We can also exchange messages within Zoom if needed.

If you've opted for a telephone session, I will call you at the agreed-upon time.
All sessions are between 50 - 60 minutes.
If you would like a longer session please mention it at the time of booking.
No referral needed.
Medicare and private health rebates do not apply.
Payments can be made via card or bank transfer.
If you need to cancel your session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
